Honesty, appreciation, responsibility and professionalism are the four supporting corporate values that we at DAHLER have always acted according to. They are the promise to our customers that we are a reliable partner for their real estate assets. With our values and the resulting attitude, we have been named test winner in the field of real estate agents by the German Institute for Service Quality for the fourth time in a row in 2021.

In total, we employ over 450 people under the DAHLER & COMPANY Group with the subsidiaries DAHLER and DC Developments. In addition to the brokerage of premium real estate, the group of companies is active in the business areas of project development and marketing as well as real estate management and investment.

Today, we are represented by over 80 brokerage offices in more than 50 locations. Many more locations in Germany and other European countries are planned. What they always have in common are top locations, the shop principle and the elegant look. As a franchise system, we see ourselves as a management consultancy for our licensees.

Originally launched as DAHLER & COMPANY Immobilien, the company has been operating under the name DAHLER with a new logo since October 2022. Florian Freytag-Gross has been CEO of DAHLER since November 2023 and, alongside the founders and managing directors Kirsten and Björn Dahler, is responsible for the further development and expansion of the company's own locations.

Our success is based on excellently trained teams of specialists, the highest standards in service quality and a sophisticated franchise concept. We have set ourselves the goal of improving the profession and thus also the image of estate agents. To this end, we train brokers ourselves in our Real Estate School and thus impart the market and specialist knowledge that is so important for the profession.
