The Nauener Vorstadt is largely characterised by detached, representative villas and apartment buildings, which were built at the end of the 19th century for officers and senior civil servants and today offer high-quality living in the middle of the city. The court mason Friedrich August Hasenheyer had the listed ensemble of villas built on an approx. 831 m² south-east oriented plot of land in 1877 according to the designs of the architect Ernst Julitz. In front of the door is the historic New Garden with the wonderful Cecilienhof Palace, the landscaped parks and the Holy Lake, which is under the protection of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In total, the two-storey mansion with a full basement (approx. 106 m²) has a living area of approx. 321 m² distributed over nine rooms. Via a magnificent historical staircase you reach the residential building and also the Beletage and the upper floor. From the living room in the Beletage you have direct access to the spacious loggia, from where you can enjoy an excellent view of the nursery at the Neue Garten.

The upper floor of the main house has four rooms and three bathrooms. Most of the bathrooms are en suite. The daylit cellar area is partially heated and could be used in different ways, since e.g. bathroom connections are available. The electrical and water pipes as well as the roof were renewed.

Heating is by means of a gas central heating, whereby several chimney connections are present. The residential house, which was built in late classicistic style, was extended by a two-storey extension in 1900. The spacious, open and modern Bulthaup kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances from Gaggenau as well as a large dining area and access to the terrace are located at ground level in the extension. In front of the extension there is a revised new terrace with cobblestones. On the upper floor of the annex is a large bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and an elegant shower room. In addition, the house has an alarm system.
