Neu-Fahrland is located in the north of Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg. Those looking for relaxation will find here enough beautiful places of peace and relaxation, because Potsdam consists to 2/3 of forests and water. This is not the only reason why Neu Fahrland is a popular place to live with a high recreational value.

In addition to the good connection to the city centre, the green surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as swimming, hiking, cycling, jogging, fishing, boating, diving and ice skating. That pleases above all the hobby sportsman or dog owner.

Tegel Airport (TXL) is approx. 30 min. and Schoenefeld Airport (SFX) approx. 35 min. away. The nearby motorway access to the western Berlin motorway ring A10 is only about 10 minutes away and gives you the necessary flexibility.
Even the Berlin Ku´damm can be reached in only 30 minutes by car. Potsdam\'s city centre is only 3.5 km away, the Berlin city border in Kladow only 7 km away from your new place of residence.
