The amount of turnover depends very much on the respective licence area, the current market situation as well as your commitment and skill. We will be happy to discuss the exact planned values and business plans with you in a personal meeting.
Experience in the real estate and especially in the brokerage industry is undoubtedly helpful, but is not mandatory. So far, the most important success factors have been sales and communication skills as well as passion and entrepreneurial thinking. We can impart the necessary real estate knowledge within the framework of training courses on the part of our in-house Real Estate School.
In our basic course you will acquire the elementary basis for working as an estate agent, such as owner support, estate agent law, land register and purchase contract, and much more. Building on the basic course, you can build on your strengths with our professional courses, such as optimising your acquisition activities or acquiring important additional specialist skills, such as

After completing the training modules, you will be very familiar with the DAHLER franchise system and real estate-specific topics and will be excellently equipped for successful work as a real estate agent in your sales area. This is recognised by corresponding certificates
The amount of the investment depends heavily on the concept developed and the potential of the location. In the course of our business plan, we calculate the full investment costs, the start-up costs and all operational costs for the first few years of business with you.
A one-time entry fee of EUR 30,000 is due.
The licence fees amount to 10% of the net revenues generated. In addition, a monthly marketing fee of 250 euros is charged to cover the costs of national marketing. This includes our franchise partner support, the area of controlling, corporate management and business comparisons, our national PR as well as the development of all marketing tools.
Depending on the size and plans of the location, you will break even after one to two years. However, our goal is for you to break even in your first business year.
The basis for the allocation of a licence area are the actual sales cases. On the basis of purchase price ranges, we determine the premium segment of the market. For this purpose, we work closely with the regional authorities and institutes. From this we determine the possible potential and structure of a location.
ccAfter a comprehensive market analysis by us and the resulting potential licence areas, we develop your target market together with you. For the duration of your licence agreement, we guarantee you territorial protection so that you benefit from feeds from our network.
Our licence agreement is concluded for ten years. In addition, you have a renewal option for a further five years.
