Another test victory: for the fourth time in a row

Every two years, the German Institute for Service Quality selects Germany's best brokers. We are pleased that this award also goes to DAHLER & COMPANY in 2021 - and thus for the 4th time in a row since 2013. But that doesn't mean that we don't want to continue to get better for you every day.

After DAHLER & COMPANY was already named test winner for its service quality in 2013, 2016 and 2019, the franchise system was once again able to convince and ranks first again in 2021 with a quality rating of "good" among the ten real estate agents tested throughout Germany. Since 2010, DISQ, in cooperation with the news channel N-TV, has distinguished companies on the basis of a targeted analysis. Among other things, the internet presence including structure and user-friendliness, the advisory competence in buying and selling on site and in the branches as well as the communication quality on all levels are examined. This includes telephone, written and face-to-face dialogue.

DAHLER & COMPANY, with its more than 80 locations throughout Germany and internationally, scored particularly well in the field of viewing appointments: Here the brokers stand out above all for their individual advice, which is adapted to the needs of the customers.
